Summary/Abstract: Serbia has been regressing for thirty years. When that period is considered as a whole, it recorded an economic growth of approximately minus one percent per year. Everywhere you look, almost nothing works. All the elements of the social system are wrongly placed and give bad results. One gets the impression that only one game has been played in our country for a long time - the zero sum game. Such a game also includes the crossing of the determination for Serbia to become a member of the European Union, with the decision to treat Kosovo forever as a part of Serbia. The second determination cancels the first, so the last period led by the pro-European government under the slogan "both Kosovo and the EU" will be recorded as lost time. After October 5th, there is undoubtedly some movement, but the long-term decay outweighs the weak movements. They are not enough for the destroyed country that destroyed everything it had in the wars of the 1990s. And she did not recover either morally or materially. Others have progressed during that time, so it should not be surprising that Serbia is one of the most backward countries in Europe. This means that Serbia needs to change everything.
