Summary/Abstract: This publication presents the findings of a study conducted by Group 484, in cooperation with UNDP, on the access of refugees to active labor market measures offered by the National Employment Service (NSZ) in Serbia. The research, based on surveys and focus groups with both refugees and relevant institutions, examines the level of refugee participation in employment programs, barriers they face, and their overall socioeconomic position. The aim is to provide a realistic picture of refugees’ integration into the labor market and to offer evidence-based recommendations for improving their employment prospects.
