Summary/Abstract: This toolkit was created as part of the DIANET project "Dialogue for Interaction," which aims to strengthen the capacity and networking of local civil society organizations in Southeast Europe for effective public advocacy on minority rights. It provides practical tools, case studies, and a step-by-step guide for advocacy campaigns, designed to help civil society actors influence decision-making processes in line with international human rights standards. While public advocacy can lead to significant policy changes, the document acknowledges the challenges and setbacks civil society faces, especially in politically sensitive and ethnically diverse contexts.
