Summary/Abstract: The large of theorizations on the axiology, with all gnoseological and epistemological characteristics, are deficient as for the nanography of genesis and the value of nature, structure, knowledge and its realization. The French philosopher of Romanian origin, Stefan Lupascu, starts from the fact that the world of values, “human condition” by excellency, is the creation of the human psychic – neuropsychic, submitted to a contradictory determinism (semi-potentialization, semi-actualization, "T" state), powered by a contradictory determinism between the two dialectics: entropic homogenization (macrophysical phenomena) and negentropic heterogenization (biological phenomena). Therefore, by the term of ethics, the philosopher understands the behaviour, in the same time physical, biological and psychic of man in contact with internal and external phenomena of the subject and the object, the unconscious and the conscious, and the aesthetician constitutes a consciousness of consciousness or a knowledge and knowledge. This energetic dynamic trialectics shapes for human being, in the opinion of the philosopher, three ethical orientations – physical, biological and psychic, which are perpetually in an adaptive antagonism, mutually updating and potentiating; while the ethics is not possible other than by contradiction, generating additional (“quantic”) becomings. This visionary Lupascian prospection on the axiology anticipated and/or inspired other philosophical approaches of the axiology as the complexity of Edgar Morin, an adaptive antagonism at Jacques Demorgon, a transpersonal psychology at Ken Wilber, an anthropogenesis of Van Lier and others.
