Summary/Abstract: The focus of future professional digital competences must be on the right balance between business, IT and trade skills. Therefore, the authors propose a questionnaire based on the Moshel model and research methodology, which are suitable for assessing the digital readiness of IT professionals to work in the new digital environment. This methodology can be used by any IT organization or organization with a separate "enterprise services".
