Summary/Abstract: In the context of the goals and scope of the fourth industrial revolution, the article presents modern / new paradigms, characteristics and interrelations of sustainable development, transformational leadership and corporate entrepreneurship. The main criteria for competitiveness in the digital economy era are outlined. Options for applicability of transformational leadership and corporate entrepreneurship as tools for sustainable development of business organizations in the conditions of Industry 4.0 are proposed.
