Summary/Abstract: Comparative perspectives on the creative symbiosis of married couples (prominent artists) could highlight features that are not (usually) tracked in the studies of the art community. Understanding on such issues are also relevant today, due to the increased interest in gender studies in humanities. The works of renowned tandems in the history of modern design and architecture are followed in the study. The paper is only an initial “drilling” in the complicated area. The expected results are in the field of the history of architecture and design.
