Where do You Go Flat Ownership Asscociation?

Summary/Abstract: This theses concentrates on the Flat Ownership Asscociation. A specific form of legal entity under the Czech law. It was first adopted by the Flat Ownership Act [No. 72/1994 Coll.]. The issue of the Flat Ownership Asscociation is to administer the building which is divided into flats under the Flat Ownership Act. The rise of this specific legal entity was linked with the force of the Flat Ownership Act amendment [No. 103/2000 Coll.]. Until this time there were only Flat Ownership Asscociations without legal personality. Those rebirth into a legal entity, restricted personality and compulsoriness of membership are partly analyzed in this article.
