The President and His Mutual Relations Within the Executive Power

Summary/Abstract: The issue of the mutual relations and their interconnection among the public authorities is a very complicated and difficult topic. It is necessary to undertake a deep and detailed study of legal regulations, related literature, as well as specialized articles embracing this topic in order to understand it. The functioning of the mechanism of executive power is a main foundation for the existence of a legally consistent state in the condition of parliament democracy. The implementation of executive power itself is not so simple and trouble free. In the article, I tried to point out to some inconsistency and incapacity of the particular regulations of the Constitution of Slovak Republic, fictitious as well as objective which were caused by an application practice of the Constitution of Slovak Republic, that introduces confusion and uncertainty into the certain mutual relations within the framework of executive power. The aim of this article is to offer the most comprehensive view of a given issue from several points of view and to lay out possible solutions of this problem
