Summary/Abstract: Among the situations in which the individual employment contract is suspendedby law, according to the Labor Code, may be the force majeure. It cannot be considered ingeneral that the Coronavirus pandemic represents a major force that automatically determinesthe suspension of individual employment contracts; there must be a causal link between thepandemic and the impossibility of continuing employment. During the state of emergency, theimpossibility to execute the individual employment contract is temporary, and the employercannot order the termination of the individual employment contract
