Summary/Abstract: The present study is inspired by the need within the liberal profession of insolvency practitioners to adopt principles and guidelines regarding the protection of personal data. The specificity of the study is to highlight the large categories of personal data processing carried out in the insolvency activity, as well as the specific risks that arise in connection with personal data.
