Summary/Abstract: Finland joined the European Union in 1995 and is a member of the Eurozone. The country uses the Euro to trade as a member of the Economic and Monetary Union. This paper analysis Finland – EU relations, focusing on different fields and highlighting how the membership had influenced Finland, how the European integration process has worked and is working in case of this Nordic country.
