Summary/Abstract: According to the provisions of the current Civil Code, the common property can take two forms: the tenants in common (co ownership) and the joint tenancy (joint ownership). Given the practical problems that may arise in connection with the joint property, in this paper we will focus exclusively on this form of common property.
