Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the theme „Man and Politics” and describes an example of the Republic of Moldova, which is only following the collapse of former Soviet republics gained independence. Analyzing the problem of the relationship between man and the policy takes into consideration the following factors: political system, a historical factor, social factor and personal factor. This article tries to answer the question whether „political potential” man in Moldova is used effectively and in turn wasted.
