Summary/Abstract: This contribution to the contacts between the merchants of Vilnius and Gdańsk presents commercial activities of Vilnians in Gdańsk between 1426 and 1451, the networks of their contacts and relations, their credit capabilities, the primary model of commercial transaction, a degree of monetisation and financial capacities in the light of the trade register of merchant Johan Pyre from Gdańsk.
