Summary/Abstract: The current article is intended to provide certain terminological clarifications regarding interim measures. Furthermore, the paper aims to discuss the definitions and classifications of interim measures formulated in both the Romanian and foreign legal literature with the aim of harmonizing the views expressed on the matter.
