Summary/Abstract: On 14-15 January, 2010 the 2nd International Conference ”Open Access in Poland” took place in Torun. Its organizers were the University Library of Torun, Electronic Publishing Section of the Polish Librarians' Association, EBIB, eIFL.net Foundation, the Open Society Institute and the Poznan Academic Libraries Foundation. The aim of the conference was to present Open Access activities both in Poland and abroad and encourage the academic community to this idea. The article summarizes issues discussed at the conference.
