Summary/Abstract: The basic hydrological feature that characterizes water phenomena in karst is that small changes in boundary conditions cause major changes within the water system where generally changes are not linear. The paper carried out hydrological analysis of water levels and flows measured at two hydrological stations (Lištica on the Lištica River and Jasenica Dom on the Jasenica River) for the period Lištica 1961-1986, and Jasenica Dom 1967, 1986, 2004, 2014, and a decrease in flow was detected. A climatological analysis of mean air temperatures and annual precipitation for meteorological stations (Mostar, Široki Brijeg, Posušje and Rakitno) was performed. At the analyzed meteorological stations, there was a trend of mean air temperature increase and a trend of annual precipitation decrease. It is of crucial interest to determine the relationships of the changes that have occurred using the climatological and hydrological data from the Jasenica catchment area.
