SOME WAYS OF EXPRESSING THE ABSOLUTE SUPERLATIVE IN BULGARIAN INTERNET FORUMS

Summary/Abstract: The article examines one characteristic feature of the internet communication – the use of absolute superlative degree of comparison in the forums of Bulgarian online portal BGMamma. Based on the examples of absolute superlative degree of comparison, used by the users of BGMamma forums, are presented the ways of expressing this fourth (higher than positive, comparative and superlative) degree in computer-mediated communication. In the course of the work, some additional problems, thematically related to the purpose of the study, are also touched upon: for the relative frequency of use of one model compared to another, for the origin of the words (literary, dialect, domestic, foreign, etc.) with which the absolute superlative degree of comparison is expressed, etc.
