Summary/Abstract: The article deals with diplomatic culture as a component of the professional competence of trainers and project managers, arguing their role in building a positive image of the country, which includes representing it in various partnerships within education projects. The analyzed examples, related to the mission and vision of CE PRO DIDACTICA, which have been tested over time on various meridians of the world, build a relevant qualitative methodological axis.
