Summary/Abstract: The article defines the content and principles of organizing the compliance consulting practice. The author has highlighted the following trends in the development of the Ukrainian compliance consulting market: a) the absence of highly specialized consulting companies in the field of compliance in the market and the leadership of universal companies; b) the presence of demand for both the full package of compliance consulting services and its individual components; c) the spread of compliance functions outsourcing; d) weak information content of the market; 5) isolation of the anti-corruption compliance in the form of a separate consulting practice.
