Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the problems of economic security development of the agricultural sector of Ukraine. The conceptual bases of formation of the Strategy of development of economic security of agricultural sector of Ukraine are substantiated. The strategy is based on forecast data, which allow drawing conclusions about trends in key indicators of the agricultural sector. The aim is to form an effective mechanism of economic security of the agricultural sector of Ukraine as part of an effective agricultural policy.
