Summary/Abstract: The contribution analyses the process of formating class rules in the school team of pupils of younger school age. Based on interviews with 1st-level teachers, it´s examines the starting points, the process of creating and applying class rules in the educational process. It identifies school rules and real educational situations in the classroom as the basic starting points for the development of class rules. It describes the involvement of pupils in the process of creating class rules in order to increase their effectiveness in building discipline in the classroom. It identifies the benefits of applying class rules in improving pupils' school performance, maintaining discipline in and outside of teaching, as well as the positive impact on pupil´s overall survival in the classroom. Based on research findings, it considers their importance in the inclusion of pupils in the classroom.
