Summary/Abstract: The gloss refers to the issue of protocolling in a criminal trial. The author analyzes the current case law in the discussed scope, pointing to the current assumptions of conducting this procedural act. In this respect, doubts arise due to the disability of this method of protocolling, which can be eliminated by means of the e-protocol. In the last part of the study, the author points out the practical problems related to the implementation of the e-protocol, as well as evaluates the proposed regulations of the Ministry of Justice, which are to simplify the penal procedure by increasing the efficiency of work with the e-protocol.
