Summary/Abstract: Intelligence is fundamental for planning and the conduct of the military operations, force protection and achieving control over the threat and the operational environment, and the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems represent the specialized assets to achieve all of these. Operational environment evolution, experience and lessons learned in operations, conduct to a significant increase of the information support importance during the planning and the conduct of military operations. Hence, Information, Surveillance and Reconnaissance capabilities from strategic, operational and tactical levels, as well as their enhancement in relation with operations are the key element for the strategic decision-makers and the subject matter experts.
