Summary/Abstract: ”Who?” represents a fundamental question in the process of understanding the operational environment. The answer to this question offers the basic information about the subject who is acting or who is affected directly or indirectly by a certain action. The question “Who?” highlights a person/entity from a social group offering the individual’s or the group’s identity as an answer.In the field of intelligence or security, the answer to the question “Who” indicates an individual/ organization which is in one of the following states in relation with our forces: person/organization that belongs to our own forces, allied forces, neutral forces or hostile forces.
