The role of the European Union in regional security

Summary/Abstract: The definition of “crises” depends on their characteristics and domain of applicability. A political crisis is not like a military one, an economical crisis is not like a social one, despite a lot of common aspects as similarities. Political factor is still more or less involved in every kind of crisis. From all types of crisis, the political-military ones have the greatest complexity and represent the most dangerous threaten for the global peace and stability. There’s no predetermined evolution cycle of crisis, a standard or a predictable trend. Every crisis has its own evolution, stage or intensity.
