Summary/Abstract: We’ve heard all about the American foreign affairs under Trump administration, or even about some preliminaries of a Trump Doctrine in international affairs. From the lack of leadership - whis America abstained or retreated - to the lack of responsibility, high unpredictability, lack of any explanation or coordination with allies and partners, US foreign policy is defined by a lot of improvisation and adhocracy, nationalism, realism tough and pure or even happening and random politics, according to the mood of the President. But all of these is too few to content any strategic planner and that’s why knowledge about the first hand traits of a Trump Doctrine is so much needed and requested by allies, partners or competitors and rivals alike. How can such a policy be understood, in order to meet the needs of such strategic planners? How such a scheme would look like? These are the questions that lead us to investigate statements, documents, facts and deeds of the Trump administration in its first two years and a half.
