Summary/Abstract: The NATO HUMINT Centre of Excellence (HCOE) from Oradea/Romania is at the time of generation change, with new leadership and adjusted working formula. At the same time, the widely recognized performance of the Centre in the areas of standards custodianship, concept development and experimentation, education and training, and lessons learned and analysis, faces a particular challenge - not only for reconfi rming and consolidating the commitment to further support NATO in these transformational areas, but also to align itself to the strategic thinking driving the Alliance’s Intelligence capability reform.
