Summary/Abstract: Th e article presents the fi gure of Chryzostom Karp – a rich landowner from the Slonim County. Presenting the life of Chryzostom, the author would like to draw attention to the specifi city of the attitudes of the Slonim County nobility at the turn of the eighteenth century.
