Summary/Abstract: The Regional Cultural Heritage Agency of Friuli Venezia Giulia (Ente Regionale per il patrimonio Culturale del Friuli Venezia Giulia – ERPaC) is a public institution with autonomous decision-making and independent purchsing power. It was created to catalogue and promote various types of assets forming the cultural heritage of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. Two of the most important projects are successful in recent years: cataloging of parks and gardens, historic Venetian villas. This catalogue has the fundamental importance in the implementation of territorial planning proposals with the new General Regional Landscape Planning (Piano Paesaggistico Regionale Generalale del Friuli Venezia Giulia – PPR).
