Summary/Abstract: In the article I raise the issue of contribution in-kind in the comparative sense. I pay attention to the regulations in Polish legislation. I consider them initial for deliberation. I also focus on Danish, French and German corporate law. In the age of fast and modern turnover the current model of shape of contribution in-kind in limited companies may seem worth considering or, at least, being compared to regulations applied in other countries.
