Summary/Abstract: The subject of this article is the issue of disciplinary liability of a legal adviser for breach of professional secrecy. The first part of the article presents general issues related to the exercise of the profession of legal advisor, professional secrecy and disciplinary proceedings. The main part of the article presents selected court decisions in order to determine in which situations the legal adviser will bear disciplinary liability for breach of professional secrecy and in which not.
