Summary/Abstract: Socio-economic development in the regions of the republic was studied, strengthening of national economic security and investment processes were characterized. The socio-economic development of the regions and the importance of ensuring the efficient use of the country's economic potential have been studied. The scale of development of the national economy is directly related to the pace of socio-economic development in the regions. The investment factor that decisively determines this pace should be considered as an indicator linking the levels of socio-economic development and national economic security in the regions. Thus, it should be noted that the issue of socio-economic development and strengthening national economic security in the regions should be considered at the same level.
