Summary/Abstract: The historical development of the thought of Anatolianism first emerged at the beginning of the 20th century. The thought of Anatolianism, which is an understanding that emerges specific to the conditions in Turkey, is formed by feeding off the structures created by the economic and social orders and their influence on each other, when considered historically in the context of some currents of thought. The fact that there are different currents of thought and that they have the same or opposite views is the proof that these currents have become an intellectual side after a certain period of time. When the thought of Anatolianism is evaluated in this context, it has drawn a road map similar to this situation. The Anatolian thought in question reacted to the fanciful designs adopted by the Turkism movement and gave more importance to locality. In this context, in this study, especially in the context of the concept of nationalism, the emergence of the thought of Anatolianism, which is a movement of thought, will be discussed.
