Summary/Abstract: The employees ‘environmental working and employees’ well-being have the influence on strategic leadership management organization in the enterprises. However, the effective strategic leadership management affect the work-engagement behavior and improve the efficiency of productivity in the enterprises. Otherwise, the ineffective leadership management almost causes the less work-engagement and less performance behavior. Sorely, this study investigates the effects of the strategic leadership on employees working environment and well-being within the enterprises in Afghanistan. The scope of the study is spanning over the period between the year 2004 to 2021.It is quantitative method which uses the primary data as the primary source of information. It uses statistical tools to estimate the results. The aim of this study to investigating the effect of the strategic leadership on employees ’working environment and well-being in the enterprises. The study revealed the strategic leadership management organization influences the employees’ working environment and well-being within the enterprises in Afghanistan. behavior. The policy makers should create the effective strategic leadership within the enterprises so as to enhance the effectiveness of the working environment and well-being in the industries.
