Summary/Abstract: Maximization of income in companies is a common goal of entrepreneurs. Some of them use the blessing of the Internet to get to more clients, e.g. social media. The organization activities (for example gambling games) with the target of promotion but some times they don’t obey the law. This article intends to research is drawing on social media is a gambling game according to the law. Also, the research is to analyze law regulations about requires and responsibility for illegal actions. The article is complemented by practice part with research from one voivodeship. As a result of analyzing it is confirmed that some of the drawings on Facebook are legal. The main criterion to consider drawing on Facebook as a gambling game is to have required to take part in a drawing which is buying product or service first. If a participant doesn’t buy anything and take part in drawing only by putting comment or share – it is not a gambling game according to law.
