Few problems of an interrogation of a minor injured party in the criminal procedure

Summary/Abstract: The article analyses a special procedure for interrogating minor injured party in criminal proceedings. The author has focused its attention, especially on the newest amendments to the Polish Code of the Criminal Procedure, which didn’t affect the interrogation procedure itself but has limited some rights and privileges of the accused. Certain objections have already aroused by the current shape of these regulations and they should be also verified in the context of the whole interrogation procedure of the minor victim in the criminal process.
