Alarm firearms – legal and forensic issues

Summary/Abstract: This paper is regarding issues of the alarm weapon as firearms as defined in provisions of the penal code. In it an interrelation of provisions of the Act was analysed about the weapon and the ammunition, as well as the attitude to them of provisions of the penal code. They made the critical analysis of the judicature and doctrine. The author states that as defined in the penal code also an alarm weapon can be firearms, provided is fulfilling the of content definition of firearms, and simultaneously must be able to shoot bullets or substance dead striking the purpose from a distance bigger than 1 meter.
