Summary/Abstract: The system of law enforcement in Switzerland is regarded as one of the most efficient in Europe, and the level of corruption in this country is considered one of the lowest. Thus, according to the annual police criminal statistics (Polizeiliche Kriminalstatistik. Jahrbericht. 2015)1, in 2015 only 46 corruption-related crimes were found in Switzerland, including only 10 bribery-related crimes. The authors emphasize that in 2015 in Switzerland there were only five cases of people accepting a bribe.
