Summary/Abstract: This report presents the legal and institutional framework, its shortcomings, as well as the degree of their implementation aimed at creating and ensuring gender equality in B&H society in four key areas: socio-economic rights, sexual and reproductive health, political life and decision-making, and gender-based violence against women and domestic violence. Special attention was attributed to reporting on the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, which had a significant impact on the position and rights of women in Bosnia and Herzegovina (B&H), and on the level of gender equality in these areas.
