Jejunal divertucular disease in a patient with a strangulated Richter’s hernia

Summary/Abstract: Jejunal diverticulosis is a rare condition which can be manifested in different ways. The majority of patients have no symptoms at all. In our case multiple diverticulosis of the jejunum was an incidental finding during an operation performed due to a strangulated Richters hernia.
