NEW MODALITIES FOR RECOGNITION AND WORK WITH GIFTED, TALENTED AND EXCELLENT YOUTH

Summary/Abstract: Talent is a term that has long been used in speech when describing individuals with an extremely developed one specific ability. Most often, these are achievements in the field of music, mathematics, chess and the like. Lately, more and more is being said, and experiences have shown that we need focus and terminological understandings to focus on working with interested and motivated youth, and not necessarily with talented and talented people. By working with interested and motivated youth, we give focus and emphasis on encouraging and discovering inclinations and talents towards certain specific areas. It is in working with such young people that we place the emphasis and emphasis on encouraging and discovering inclinations and talents towards certain specific areas. Therefore, motivated and interested in an area should be provided with additional work and surrounded by those who already deal with that area, who have enthusiasm, desire to transfer that knowledge and give them ideal working conditions. The paper will present the modality of working with such groups of young people, but also with professionals who participate in the identification of young talents in the Republic of Srpska from 2016 until today.
