Summary/Abstract: Looking at the age structure of people, children represent the most vulnerable group, physically weaker and mentally immature than adults. Because of that, they are often the object of abuse, physical, mental and legal. Children are often the subject of human trafficking, sexual exploitation and abuse, labor exploitation, and abuse for war purposes. In addition, they are in migrant groups. All such situations in children who find themselves in them cause trauma, impairment of mental and physical health, integrity and development, and ultimately often death. It is understandable that this requires finding solutions that would prevent and eliminate such conditions, and this can only be achieved by creating a legal framework through which child protection will be realized. This problem has long been recognized at the level of the international community. Till today, international human rights law has resulted in a large number of treaties and other international legal acts, in which the child, fully justified, has a special place. These international legal acts result in legally binding norms that protect the rights, personality and integrity of the child as an individual of society. This paper will present the achievements of international law in creating a legal framework for the protection of the rights of the child.
