Summary/Abstract: The phrase “without right”, provided for in Article 107 (1) of Law no. 46/2008 – the Forestry Code, meets the conditions of predictability guaranteed by the Constitution and can be determined through its grammatical interpretation by any person who knows the common meaning of the words in the vocabulary of the Romanian language and, even more so, when such a person appeals to specialized legal advice.
