Summary/Abstract: In the interpretation and application of the provisions of Article XVIII (2) the second thesis of Law no. 2/2013 regarding some measures to relieve the courts, as well as to prepare the implementation of Law no. 134/2010 on the Code of Civil Procedure, with subsequent amendments, the judgments pronounced in requests regarding the reparation of damages caused by judicial errors, respectively the judgments rendered in requests made pursuant to Article 538 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, are not subject to appeal.
