Summary/Abstract: The author deals with the analysis of hate speech in electronic media in the Republic of Serbia, with a special focus on criminally legal repression. In this regard, the author seeks to analyze the current state of hate speech in electronic media and the provisions of criminal substantive law governing this matter, with the aim to point out the challenges that this form of criminal manifestations imposes to the criminal justice system of Republic of Serbia, and to offer certain recommendations for improving the situation on the field of combating online hate speech with measures of criminal law.
