Summary/Abstract: Spain and Romania are two European countries very far and with little history together, but during the Second World War there were two moments that could change this story. The first was in 1940 when the American government applied an oil embargo to Spain and the second moment in 1944, also another American oil embargo. During both moments, inside Europe the only place that Spain could achieve oil was in Ploieşti. The paper refers to that possible agreement for oil between Spain and Romania.
