Summary/Abstract: The article addresses the issue of integration social enterprises in the Czech Republic. In addition to employing disadvantaged persons, these types of enterprises offer retraining courses and professional advice. The paper presents the results of the research of human capital in Czech integration social enterprises in 2020. The research sample consisted of 52 case studies of integration social enterprises with various legal forms. The research confirmed the irreplaceable role of such enterprises in terms of the employment of persons from disadvantaged social groups.
