Summary/Abstract: During the research, the most valuable discovery was that in the municipality of Kanjiža, except for one case, the liquidations of the mentioned persons were carried out even before the beginning of compiling the registers of the victims. This fact at least disputes the credibility of the contents of these registers and makes it certain that subsequent paperwork was necessary to justify the genocide. After reviewing the records, we need to revalue one term. It is unjustified to call the killings of Hungarians and members of other nations, execution by shooting, as it often seems. In my opinion - and I hope we managed to point that out in the previous chapters - killings in most cases preceded criminal proceedings, and without a court ruling we cannot talk about execution by shooting, but the term liquidation is much more appropriate.
